Why Use A Travel Agent?

We are often asked why customers should use a Travel Agent instead of the Internet, to which we would answer:-

• Agents have access to information and search engines that are not available to the public.
• Why do all the work yourself when an agent can do it for you.
• Agents are usually Fully Bonded by ABTA, ATOL etc – this is not always the case for web-based companies. If a Bonded Company goes out of business you money is safe, therefore you are Fully Protected.
• If you need to know anything about your holiday booking or have a query you can talk to a travel agent. If ever there is a travel incident most of the calls we receive are from people who have booked on the Net and cannot get hold of anyone to talk to.
• If anything does go wrong with your booking you have the Agent to help you resolve your difficulties or to help you obtain compensation.
